2) Orders

• Orders can be placed via our official channels (Facebook Page chat, phone, or in-store).
• Customers must provide accurate delivery details: contact number (required), delivery address (required), name (optional).
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if details are incomplete or unclear.

3) Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed on our official menu or order channels.
• Prices may change without prior notice depending on supply and promotions.
• Accepted payments: Cash on Delivery (COD) or GCash (where available).

4) Delivery

• Delivery is available within designated service areas.
• Delivery times vary due to traffic, weather, and order volume.
• Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

5) Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders may be canceled within 5 minutes of placing them. After preparation begins, cancellation may not be possible.
• Refunds will only be processed in cases of store error or undelivered orders caused by us.
• Refund method will follow the original payment method used.

6) Food Quality & Allergies

• Please inform us of any food allergies when ordering. While we take care, our kitchen handles common allergens.
• Check your order upon receipt. Report any issues within a reasonable time frame.

7) Liability

Ka Prets Pizza is not liable for delivery delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control (traffic, extreme weather, natural disasters).
